Do you have a complaint about a training or mock exam you have taken with us? Please let us know as soon as possible. According to the law, a complaint is considered timely if it is submitted within two months of discovery. This also applies if a training or mock exam does not meet the expectations you could reasonably have based on the agreement. We recommend submitting your complaint in writing.
After we receive your complaint, you will receive a detailed response within 14 days. If we need more time to properly review your complaint, we will inform you within this period when you can expect a response.
