How does the ordering process work?

Ordering a training at ManagementSkills.nl is quick and easy. The process consists of a few simple steps:

  1. Choose a training

  2. Log in or register

  3. Confirm your order

  4. Pay

  5. Start your training


1. How do I choose a training?

Once you’ve found the training you want to take (or assign to someone else), add it to your shopping cart using the order button. You can continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.


2. Do I need to log in or register?

Yes. To complete your order, you need to log in or create an account.

When registering, choose one of the following:

  • Business account – Allows you to create participants and assign trainings to them.

  • Private account – Trainings are linked directly to your personal account.


3. How does VAT work?

VAT is automatically handled correctly during checkout, depending on your location and account type:

  • Within the EU (business): Enter your company’s VAT number. VAT will be reverse-charged, and you won’t pay Dutch VAT.

  • Within the EU (private): VAT is charged according to the rate in the country where you place the order.

  • Outside the EU: No VAT will be charged. In some cases, we may ask for proof of your company or address.


4. How do I confirm my order?

During this step, you choose your preferred payment method. Available secure options include:

  • iDEAL

  • Credit card

  • Bancontact / Mister Cash

  • PayPal

  • Payment in advance (invoice)

After confirming your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Different billing address:
Want the invoice in your employer’s name or sent to a different address? You can add an alternative billing address during checkout.


5. How do I pay?

  • Online payment (iDEAL, credit card, etc.): Payment is processed immediately.

  • Payment by invoice: You will receive a PDF invoice by email with all payment details.

Always an invoice: Even when paying online, you’ll receive a PDF invoice for your own administration.

Payment by your employer: If your employer pays for the training, choose payment by invoice. You can then forward the PDF invoice to them directly.


6. When can I start the training?

Once your payment is received and processed, your training will be activated. You can start immediately via your personal learning environment.

Business account:
If you are using a business account, you first need to assign the training to yourself or to a participant. After that, the training will appear in the learning environment.
